Portfolio of Works

Beauty can be found anywhere if one takes the time to observe- from the lofty, billowy clouds of a glorious sunset to the lowly cracks and crevices of the rocks along the New England coastline. These paintings reflect a moment in time when I stopped to notice nature's beauty right in front of me.

It’s a special joy for me to paint a beloved family member, whether it’s people or pets. And, yes, pets are family members, too! There’s no higher complement I receive as an artist than to watch someone fill up with tears when they see the finished portrait of their loved one!

Sometimes, it’s just fun to travel an uncharted course, to explore and see where you end up. Abstracts give me the opportunity to respond to the painting without any preconceived ideas of what it should be. The result is happy surprises!
